New London Housing on the horizon

Howdy. Looks like the way is opening up for us to return to the New London area. I have one lead on a house in Niantic. Its a bit on the expensive side. It is fully furnished including cups and plates and all that. It is not a done deal, we are not ready to commit to it. Figured I would try to drum up some other ideas and do some house shopping. Some of my CGSA and MOPS friends might know of other leads. If you know Kerri from CGSA or MOPS, please forward this to all of the members. If you work at the Academy, please ask around your office area. If it is a furnished house we could handle that. If it is an empty house we could have the movers deliver our stuff. We are not, at this point, attached to one or the other idea more. (no Jason, we won't be moving into your RV! But thanks for the repeated offers!) Our start date is flexible... anytime after July 10th. But would probably want to be moved in before his surgery which is going to be Sept 5th. Although we do have a housing allowance, it would be better to not spend the whole thing. Dave still has DEADLY pet allergies. So if the place recently had pets we would need to hire a cleaning service to go in and wash down everything (walls and such) and have the carpets super cleaned with a special enzyme cleaner. So a "no pet" house would be more ideal,... but we can manage. The biggest problem is that we cannot in good conscience sign a one year lease. We plan to move again next May. If anyone has any suggestions or options please email us at dkgodfrey@gmail.com Thanks, Kerri
