We lived next to a guy that was a fireman. He worked one day on then had two days off. Unlike most Firemen that work other jobs on those two days off,
this guy...
hung out by the pool,
cleaned the pool,
went to the gym to work out,
and PLAYED THE DRUMS.
He would play for over 2 hours at a spell.

You can pick your friends,
You can pick you nose,
You can't pick which annoying hobbies your neighbors take up!


Then there are the neighbors that put the dogs outside at 5am while they jump in the shower. And all the dogs do is bark for the entire 30 minutes. Not a welcome wake up call.



So, sound proofing.
